My Garmin Vivoactive 5 is my bestfriend. No kidding. It’s like having a personal health assistant.

What I track with it

  1. Sleep and rest

The most important aspect of my watch for me is my sleep pattern and rest quality, since I have difficulty in falling asleep easy. Garmin gamifies the process and incentivises me to sleep more. I love to watch the progress!

2. Calorie turnover

It also seamlessly syncs with my food tracker MyFitnessPal, so I can monitor my calorie intake. Though my trainer told me its not a 100% accurate, I keep an eye on both active and inactive calories with Garmin, helping me make better decisions. I also program my workout programs into it, including rest days and rest minutes between sets, and it guides me through my routines. Before garmin I was hardly 50% as efficient at the Gym.
